For owners who are not here
A house in Guanacaste can pay its way while you are at home in Toronto or Denver, but only if someone on the ground is looking after it. We are building a rental management service for exactly that owner: you keep the property, we run the rentals, and you do not have to fly down between guests.
What it will cover
Turnkey Airbnb and Vrbo listings. We set up your listings on both platforms, with professional photographs, a written description that tells the truth about the property and the road to it, pricing for the season, and the house rules and local details a guest needs. Then we manage them: the calendar, enquiries and bookings, and guest messages.
Preparing for each stay. Before guests arrive, the house is cleaned, the linens and towels are fresh, the essentials are stocked, and everything is checked: the air conditioning, the pool, the water and the Wi-Fi. A guest who walks into a working house writes a good review.
Cleaning up after. When guests leave, the house is cleaned and reset, the laundry is done, and anything damaged, missing or worn is recorded and reported to you, with photographs, before the next booking.
One point of contact. A local team that answers when a guest cannot find the key or the power goes out, so those calls never come to you.
